This white, fluffy dessert is like a cloud in your mouth (of course, in a sweeter edition).

Ingredients

300 g white chocolate
300 ml heavy whipping cream
10 g gelatin
40 ml water
and for decoration: some butter, banana, sugar, and cookies.

METHOD

Boil the milk and while it gets ready, chop the chocolate into small pieces. If the milk is ready put the chocolate in it and stir it until the chocolate melts.

Whisk the cream.

Put the gelatin into the water and stir it. Heat it up but just so much that the gelatin can melt.

We stir the gelatin and the chocolate milk. If it's smooth we can start to stir it with the cream.

Put it into glasses and then to the fridge for a night.

Before serving crush a little cookies to the top. In a frying pan on a little butter with sugar and cinnamon caramelize the banana in slices and then put it on the crushed cookies.

And with this, consider our little decorated white chocolate mousse done.

I think it's a delicious dessert. I love it since I first made it. I got the idea from street kitchen and with some changes I made it.
